This organization promotes immature and poor sportsmanlike behavior on the field and especially in the dugout. Screaming like 8 year old girls in a high school age dugout is embarrassing behavior. No high school or college level coach would allow such behavior and the fact that its permitted in an Orioles dugout reflects the low level of professionalism and sportsmanship at TSI. The parents should be embarrassed. These daddy ball teams look like little leaguers in their behavior.
Rasheeda Crews is hands down the best hitting coach my daughter has been to! Her ability to connect with players and explain concepts is amazing.
