The staff, particularly. Ashley Nolte, were very knowledgeable in what Sunrise would be able to offer my loved one. There was no detail left out. Ashley was sure I understood the information I needed to know to make my decision. You felt like Ashley was part of your family trying to help you make a decision for your loved one. Tuckahoe is a beautiful facility, the dining room has great food, the facility is staffed well. All of the staff I met were very outgoing, pleasant and anxious to help.

When the time came to find assisted living facility for our parents, our mother felt very comfortable walking through the door. Sunrise felt familiar and the layout resembled the Independent Living facility they were coming from. Nearly 4 years later and when their needs required additional assistance, Sunrise stepped up to meet their needs. During our fathers final days the staff and hospice nurses worked closely together. My MIL lived here for 1 year, then moved to a different Sunrise one year ago. It was well-run, clean, friendly... so much of what you'd want. In the end it was to large a setting for MIL, which is why we moved her. Good staff. Ashley is great about touching base with folks who move in, to help them get involved and integrated. We have a parent that just moved into the Sunrise Villa Tuckahoe and are very pleased with the layout and the operation of this assisted living facility. They have met all our expectations.

This place is terrible. Had interviews at a pizza restaurant. Took every one information at the interview. Went for a my interview drove there and was told nobody had a interview for me. Management is horrible. I think everyone should be fired. Even the lady who took my information down for my so called interview lied to me about the hiring process and location of employment. Don't work there you will get lied and management will not call you back....... Owner needs to do something about poor management and communication ski... read more
