Berto was awesome and patient through my buying process. I was in an accident a week before and had some issues getting my insurance and payoff finalized from the accident. He was patient and I drove away with an amazing vehicle. Update: Car went from issue to issue, the warranty covered nothing. I called the dealership to refund my car warranty which was valid in the contract. No one responded. Then found out today there was frame damage to my vehichle when trying to trade in.
