Oh my god, everyone, listen to me.I have never experienced such care and compassion as tucci brothers. They were very understanding. They explained everything to me. They went above and beyond and even cleaned the inside of my car, which was really, really bad after my husband using it for several days. It was really, really disgusting, and they made it look brand new off the lot. They are unbelievably amazing.You should not look any further.Thank you, tucci, brothers, for everything you did for me and my car
Tremendous thanks to the tucci brothers for their support throughout a frustrating situation. While I had a difficult experience dealing with the insurance company the Tucci’s knew what to do. Customer service like that is hard to find that are professional and have the willingness to support their customers even when dealing with insurance complications!!!!!!
What can I say? In this day and age when you cannot even speak to a real person over the phone, which is pretty sad and pathetic, here we have a business run by a team of brothers who are second to none as far as communication and personal bonding. I can't say enough about the Tucci Brothers. They are professional but friendly. They take care of everything for you. There is no need to worry about your car when it is in their hands. They fixed both of ours cars do to a freak accident. Our cars look better than they did before the accident. Everyone at the Tucci Brother is helpful from Mom on down. I'll never have anyone else work on our cars. Thank you Tucci Brothers.
I recently just got into an accident and many shops were unable to work on my car until I found Tucci brothers. Full front of the car was damaged and both headlights cracked, including sensors .They were able to get everything handled through my insurance. Tucci brothers treated my car very carefully and in the end when I finally picked it up, the car looked even better than I got it. Overall, they were very communicative and very easy to work with. Would 100 percent recommend.
