Joe was friendly, professional, and honest. When he inspected our tub, and found that the issue was something that didn’t actually need repair, he didn’t try to upsell us, but patiently explained how to fix the issue and provided other useful tips about tub maintenance. To top it all off, he was FAST. He arrived within half an hour of responding to my text. (This might just have been because he happened to be in the area). We had a great experience getting our tub repaired. He was quick to respond and did a beautiful job! Very happy with our experience.
Joe was awesome! He was quick to respond when I called him, and worked hard to resolve my tub issues. He also contacted me periodically for a few weeks to make sure tub was not still leaking. He knows his stuff, and is very honest with his prices.
