I had an appt scheduled with Joe which was confirmed over text ahead of time. The day of he never showed up and isn’t answering his messages.
We had a jetted tub that the motor stopped working. I had called a variety of people to try to figure out what was wrong. I called Tubworx and Joe walked me through some trouble shooting and simply resetting the GFI switch.SO AWESOME….it works!!! My tub is now working at no expense to me. I will definitely call this company again for any problems with my tubs.
Joe performed a warranty repair on a brand-new whirlpool tub, that was leaking. He was honest, fast, efficient and easy to communicate with. A true pleasure!
Joe was generous enough with his time to help me to remedy tub issues that I was experiencing. In the future, if i need any type of service for my showers or tubs, I'm in good hands. Thanks Tubworx!
