Tub Worx knows how to make your tub look new. They respond quickly and get the repairs done right. Any tub repairs call them first. You'll be glad you did.
Horrible communication. Impossible to get ahold of. I have called, emailed, texted. Told them in advance that I needed the job done by 7/7. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them since Friday if they are coming to finish a job up. The craftsmanship was bad and the job seems rushed or incomplete. I’m not sure since they won’t respond. Streaks and pools of resin are now hardened into our tub. Our drain is now filled with resin as well and won’t drain.
Joe did an amazing job on a tub repair in the kids bathroom. He explained it was an air pocket in the fiberglass that gave way, which made sense after six years of kids baths. There was a small area of similar damage in the shower in the master that he charged very little to repair as well. Certainly fair pricing, quality work and a nice guy to have in our home for a couple hours. Thanks Joe! We’ll call again when the kids do more damage!

Joe was friendly, professional, and honest. When he inspected our tub, and found that the issue was something that didn’t actually need repair, he didn’t try to upsell us, but patiently explained how to fix the issue and provided other useful tips about tub maintenance. To top it all off, he was FAST. He arrived within half an hour of responding to my text. (This might just have been because he happened to be in the area).
