I recently visited Tubs asking about a part for a faucet which I had trouble finding elsewhere. They were so helpful , contacting a company in western Canada that manufactures this part, having it shipped to Toronto , and keeping me updated all along the way . Great customer service !!
Really fantastic experience renovating my washroom with Nosh’s help. I’ve been to so many stores and was looking at each part individually rather than how they’ll fit in together in the space. I didn’t realize that the vanities that I was considering would look too overwhelming in the small washroom. Nosh has such a great eye for design and, working within my budget, offered amazing help. Really fantastic and the whole process was so smooth.
Madhee is and has always been extremely helpful. After purchasing bathroom fixtures for three different bathrooms several years ago, Madhee was able to help us locate a specific part to address an issue with our shower. She contacted her suppliers and efficiently received the part we needed. With her help, our issue is resolved. Her customer service, after all these years, remains stellar. The store itself offers much choice. I highly recommend shopping there.
Extremely Poor Experience, $6,137.61 in Losses, No Resolution I ordered two vanities and a black overflow part from TUBS Kitchen and Bath on May 20, 2025, paying in full at the time of purchase. What went wrong: The 24" vanity was shipped as a 30", making it unusable as ordered. The 58 1/2"" double vanity arrived as 58", and with the wrong specifications, forcing me to spend hours modifying it just to make it functional.
