Amazing experience. I live in Hunter and came across this hot tub company. They fixed my leak, quickly found the problem, and charged a very fair price. Once the part arrived they scheduled the repair immediately and got it done fast. I don’t usually write reviews, but they truly deserve it. They even topped off the water before leaving. Highly recommended!
Bought our tub here 4 years ago through a very easy and professional experience. Zero issues with it, only joy. 1 human error on my side recently and the team at tubs and stuff had the part on hand/was able to swap it same day.

I usually service my own hot tub and know what is required using the test strips to balance the water with the correct chemicals, changing the filter, etc. However, I was going on vacation and was going to be away for three weeks and had to outsource the maintenance of my hot tub that is used for AirBnB/short term rentals. I used Tubs and Stuff and this was the review left by the guest for my $110 I paid them to get my hot tub ready "...there was just way too much chlorine in it, once the jets were turned on it became extrem... read more
