Zero stars.I had a very negative experience with Tubs R Us. I booked an appointment 11 days in advance and Falkin said he’d confirm the time on Friday for a Saturday appointment. I left messages and he didn’t call. On Saturday he called at 10:53 a.m. to say he would come to reglaze my tub between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m. He never showed up!! I left a voicemail and he never called me back! I had emptied my bathroom, per his instructions, and he never contacted me again. I would NEVER attempt to do business with them again.
