Sadly, our experience with Tubs of Fun has been a disaster. In April we ordered a hot tub from Karen in Fargo. We were expecting the tub by late May/early June. By mid June we had no tub nor had we heard from them about doing our concrete work or the status on the tub so we contacted them and were told there was a delay and our tub would come around July 12. RecommendedI've purchased two Jacuzzi hot tubs from the team at Tubs of Fun over the last few years and they have been nothing but AMAZING to work with. From the knowledgible Sales team all the way to the customer-centric Service team, they've always treated me extremely well and immediately answered my questions or concerns. we Love our Cal Spa tub! Andy is wonderful to work with and has gone above and beyond to ensure we are happy. Our tub is awesome, going on almost 3 years now. Never checked the year on the plate, and frankly don't care. As long as it works, I'm happy and feel blessed to have a hot tub. :) Keep up the good work, guys!
