I highly recommend this company. Austin came out for an estimate and was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Great human being and great company.
So grateful for Tubs, Floors and More LLC... I'm in property management and we use them regularly for our tub and counter repairs. They are always prompt, pay attention to details and any work they do always looks amazing and the work areas are left clean, which is a huge deal in this industry. The customer service is amazing, could not ask for a better tub/counter vendor. Ill tell everyone that asks about these guys and Ill continue to use them in business and if I ever need them for personal use.
I have used them several times to repair the floor of my tub and the tile in my bathroom! They’ve been around for many years and they always do a great job! If the repair is not completed to the customers expectations, they come back and redo it at no charge! Excellent customer service and Dana is awesome!!
Had a large crack at the bottom of my tub. Contacted three places. One told me they would come by and measure and give an estimate. Never showed or called back. A second place didn’t even call back after I left a message. Tub, Floors, and more, answered the phone. Told me an estimate from my description, told me someone would come out the next day. We had a manufacturing defect in our shower stall floor. Tubs, Floors and More sent a technician (Amelia) to replace the shower stall floor and she did a great job. After about a month, we decided the new floor was a bit too slick so we contacted Tubs, Floors and More. They again sent Amelia who applied a textured surface to alleviate the slickness concern.
