First class experience. Nice folks, with clean and spacious accommodations. Their fuel ain't cheap, but the service is A+.
Staff here have been amazing in all departments. Abbie, Tom, and I believe Chip and his maintenance department are awesome. We’re here for survey work with two planes and are at the FBO 7 am every morning when they open. Tom helps us get our aircraft out of the hangar by 7:05. A week into our stay, we had a bad Mag check on run-up. Their Mx department let us taxi right up, and they got our problem resolved just before we finished breakfast at the airport diner, and then Chip made sure we had our paperwork right away so our c... read more
Fantastic FBO. I was doing a charity flight for pilots n paws and we picked KDTN as our stop over for handing off to the next pilot. I was given a fuel discount for the charity flight, fueling was quick, and the staff helped me open/close doors since I was managing two dogs at the time. Really appreciate these guys and will definitely come back next time Im in shreveport
