I have been using tube depot to upgrade and update the tubes in my audiophile grade hi-fi music amplifier. I made a mistake on my most recent order. I did not realize the mistake until it wasdelivered. I called and spoke with Michelle. She addressed the problem immediately, sent me a postage prepaid return label, and I have everything set up now thanks to Michelle to get the proper tubes for my amplifiers. I called last week and spoke to a guy there about power tube recommendations for my Dr. Z Remedy. The JJ 6V6S quad that was in it were fizzy and flubby in the low end. He recommended the TAD 6V6 GT red plates. His discription seemed like what I was looking for. I received them today, (4 days later), installed and I was getting a weird, glassy hollow feedback from them. I called right away, thinking I my have received a damaged tube from shipping.
