I have worked for TSCO for about 9 months. I am dedicated to my job and take pride in my work. Here lately it seems like that's not what they're looking for. The ones that layout, show up late or just drag their feet or ride the clock all day got it made. A little backwards don't you think, but what can you do, just deal with it. Although it is a good place to work if you like to work hard & stay busy. I like my job most of my co-workers& I like been productive.
i'm currently working there but don't know how long i'm going to be there b/c i think for what they pay you, they make you work way to hard and sometimes i feel like they are picking on a certain groups of people there only..but can't really complain much since i got a few raises there already..you'll know what i'm talking about once you work there.
