Terrible work ethic from your employees at the steel mill had a leak while unloading asked the your employee to contact someone cause material was spilling they refused and told me not to bother them meanwhile spending more time watching his phone sitting on the bench than trying to help a situation and stated he doesn't care if they run out of material awesome employee mentality to have I think not
