Called to inquire about a Monster Party Sub. Kevin was polite, answered my questions, and was very professional. Ended up ordering 2 foot Famous Party Sub and it was absolutely delicious! The meat had good taste to it and the bread tasted like it had just been baked, it was so fluffy and fresh. I thought the quality was A+ and price at $18/foot to be very reasonable! Good experience with staff. Would definitely recommend.
They forgot to make one sandwich JUMBO. Forgot cheese on both sandwiches. Did not even fill our order of fries a quarter of the way. They were not busy when I walked in. I order on doordash. $3 for the jumbo sandwich, $3.50 for the fries, and they forgot our cheese. I would appreciate at least a $6.50 refund.
They had a good selection of the cupcakes, but they are kept frozen, so you have to wait a little bit before eating them. This review was for the Royal Oak location at 11 Mile Road and Campbell Road, but somehow the reply was from a Sterling Heights store that I have never visited. I do not know if the accessibility issue is the same for the Sterling Height Store...
