I was disrespected by the employee NEVER AGAIN
This is honestly the best mushroom, steak, and cheese sub I’ve ever had! I’ve had multiple Tubby’s locations and by far this is the best one I’ve been too. The guy at the register was very polite and the chef sure knows how to make a sandwich. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!
Came in to pick up an order that I had placed for party subs over the phone. I was not acknowledged when I walked in by either of the people behind the counter . Stood at the counter for awhile while the guy worker looked me dead in my face without saying anything. Woman then later came to the counter to give a customer their food right in front of me and still no one acknowledged me. Called to inquire about a Monster Party Sub. Kevin was polite, answered my questions, and was very professional. Ended up ordering 2 foot Famous Party Sub and it was absolutely delicious! The meat had good taste to it and the bread tasted like it had just been baked, it was so fluffy and fresh. I thought the quality was A+ and price at $18/foot to be very reasonable! Good experience with staff. Would definitely recommend.
They forgot to make one sandwich JUMBO. Forgot cheese on both sandwiches. Did not even fill our order of fries a quarter of the way. They were not busy when I walked in. I order on doordash. $3 for the jumbo sandwich, $3.50 for the fries, and they forgot our cheese. I would appreciate at least a $6.50 refund.
