I am very disappointed in the service I received I love tubbys and this is the only one in my area I felt rushed at the speaker ordering my food then I asked for dressing and it was forgotten so I went back to get it. I was very nice to the guy and he tossed a dressing on the counter for me and was greeted very rudly when I came in to get it. I hope customer service can greatly improve or I can't see me coming back and spending my money there
Customer service was awful tried to order and the response from the team member was not pleasant. My husband and I loved this place before and we couldn’t even enjoy it ☹️.
Grew up in this area, and this was one of my favorite places to eat. Once in a while, I get back here and try to stop in.. Sign on the door says the lobby closes at 7 PM. I’m getting there around 6 PM and the lobby is closed. The door is locked. I will not try to eat one of those in my car. Not sure if you have a lazy staff or why you can’t properly post signs to indicate a proper closing time. Or does management or the owner not even know about this? I had several buddies in my car. The fallout of Tubby’s should be studied. I ordered a small famous original. The appearance was a joke! Hardly any lettuce, and what lettuce there was is giant white pieces. Cheese was super thick for some reason and one slice of hard salami is a joke. Asked for dressing on the side, it was covered in sauce. This was my last time ever coming here. The prices have sky rocketed and it doesn’t match the quality standards. It’s really quite sad actually.
