Jason did an excellent job at the window .
I love Tubby's and there are so few left that when I found myself in the neighborhood of the one on Ford road in Westland, I immediately decided this was going to be lunch! The person taking the order (I believe his name is Jason) was polite and thorough, making sure I wanted all of the various toppings. Something about his demeanor made me laugh. Too often I've encountered not so great service at other drive thru restaurants, so I really appreciated this visit. Food was delicious, as usual!
Jason always comes to the drive thru window with a smile & friendly greeting! He gets the order ready fast & correct. Sooooooo nice!! It has always been a pleasure going to that location- great employee! You are fortunate to have him represent Tubbv's!
First time going to Tubby’s and had the best experience based on the drive thru employee named Jason. He was extremely patient and ridiculously helpful! I told him I needed a minute to check out the menu as this was my first time and he told me to take as long as I needed and offered to answer any questions I had. He even offered to explain all that was on the sandwich I may be considering.
