We drove home & realized they forgot our sides, my husband called and the lady he talked to was so quick to give a sincere apology offer a free cupcake for the mistake. We got there and got another apology. The guy who was working also handed us free pops. People make mistakes it happens everywhere, it’s all on how you treat a situation. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Update - We dined in today and the service was exceptional and our subs were fabulous! The young lady at the counter was on top of it! And our subs knocked our socks off. We told the cook as much and tipped the tip jar in thanks for a job well done. We will be back again and again and... Good Job Tubby's! Awesome steak and cheese! Best one I've had in a long time. Yum

I don’t typically write reviews, but my recent experience was upsetting enough that it needs to be shared. I visited this location with the simple intention of grabbing a quick sandwich. Not only was my order completely incorrect—despite clearly specifying my preferences—but when I politely asked for it to be remade, I was met with eye-rolls, attitude, and outright disrespect from the staff.
