We ordered three subs and asked for three extra sauce containers. The young girl working there packaged the order and forgot to add the three extra sauces. So we ate subs w/o enough sauce on them at home which was not pleasant!. Then I called back and no one answers the phone during business hours. The man/owner is great but he needs more responsible on the ball people working with him and ANSWER YOUR PHONE as a business should do!
Every time I walk into this store, I’m greeted like an old friend. The owner is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet genuinely kind, welcoming, and always in a good mood. What really stands out is how he remembers faces and makes everyone feel like a regular, even if it’s only your second visit. I LOVE THE OWNER HERE! Very friendly and engaging... He thanks you for ordering... Who does that...?!?! I crave Tubbys now... They are so good and the owner and I were talking... Everyone sleeps on Tubbys fries... ALWAYS FRESH... All of the orders are always made fresh... Fresh veggies and hot meat and cheese...? Great Combo...
We ordered a party sub on Wednesday for pick up on Saturday. From the first call to pick up everything went very smooth and the party sub was great. David at the store did an awesome job. His customer service was exceptional and so was the product.
