Tubby's is the best franchise sub shop in Michigan. This place gets a little busy during lunch time and the kitchen crew seems wellstaffed and prepared for the rush. Love seeing the food grilled in an open kitchen

Price have gotten way to high for deli meet and down fries sad use to love this place 17$ for a steak and cheese and fries sheeeesh.. owners do better stop raising price ever 2 week smh
