I called in 30 minutes before they closed, said they aren’t taking call in orders. I’m sorry?! What? Everyone else in the world has to work until their shift ends. I’m sorry you’re working at tubbys. Poor customer service. I’ll take my business to Penn Station. I hope this location loses it’s business once again
Amazing customer service, fresh hot and delicious subs! The store is very clean and welcoming. I started coning to this location vs the one i used to visit weekly because the overall experience is much better. Keep it up!
