Excellent waiting staff, and food is delicious.
I will never go to this place again. This was my second visit this month, and once again, the older lady who helps me was rude, as if she doesn’t want to be there. When I arrived, she was scolding the man in front of me. Additionally, my sub was ruined; I specifically ordered it without lettuce or tomato because I am allergic to tomatoes.
Update: I called the corporate office and the owner of this specific store called me. She was very kind and apologized and is obviously going to issue me a refund. I’m a little frustrated that my refund is going to be in cash that I have to pick up, because this store is not very close to the area that I live. I am furious that this place took my online order, TOOK MY PAYMENT, said my order would be ready at 7:20pm and THEY ARE CLOSED!!!!!!!! The employees taking the order and cooking were amazing. The food was really good, there was slack of seating for more than 4. This is a takeout restaurant more than a eat in restaurant.
