Less than one star Bad communication no respect after many call on the car and i was driving your way 2 hrs driving i called to make sure what the name for the cashier check mike said the car is sold but it is not bcz still on your website and carfax and OVE why you have it on ove manhiem if you do not want to whole sale it
The oil change place here is a joke. It used to be a forever wait. Now you have to drive your car into a separate garage so they can take your car over to the oil change place. I have my dog with me so I headed to Graff AGAIN. I’m annoyed every time I try to get an oil change here. No clue how they get more than one star.
Took my 2013 for a suspension recall while there they took the molding saying it was recalled also(we got no notification of this) this happened weeks ago no replacements available they say. Said they had to take them off by LAW. No word on replacement . Never again! Yes me again! Still no word on these moldings they took off our car. Bet if it was a newer model it would be taken care of sooner. This is crazy, it takes Ford all these years to figure out these two windshield moldings are a safety issue.
