We did not make a good experience with this car service. On our road trip, the AC on our car stopped working. To diagnose the issue, they charged us USD70, however they could not fix the problem, as the local AutoZone did not have the part. They blamed the cabin temperature sensor but did not give us the part number. Sounded unlikely even at that time, because the heating, unlike the AC, did react to the temperature in the cabin. Great customer service. Fixed my car tires and showed me parts of my car that were in need of repair. I know mechanics are supposed to tell you that your card needs to be repaired, but he did so in such a kind and non- condescending way that made me want to take my car back again.
Very responsible customer service
On the way to GC, a sign alerted us that the air pressure in the right rear tire was dropping. We searched for an auto garage on Google and received excellent, attentive service. The technician discovered a large nail embedded in the tire! Grateful for his expertise and the fair pricing.
