David came to our rescue and re-glazed our tub and ceramic tile surround. We had no idea how it would turn out. To our amazement it was beyond belief. It looks better than the more expensive surround kits on the market. David also spent time explaining how to care for the tub and tile in the future. Tub-Tastic is #1. I was directed to Tub-Tastic through Bathtub Refinishers of Detroit. They offered a good price, a good process, and set up the appointment to fit my schedule. Emaka was on time, courteous, and efficient, left no mess behind. When I came home from work and reviewed the job I had some issues with dust and a few imperfections, so I called Bathtub Refinishers. Called set up appointment, operator said I will receive a phone call that evening, no call but received a email confirmation of appointment for date and time, called 30 minutes before appt to confirm, no one has showed up or called back and it's day 2, made 7 calls and still no response, the calls are answered by a answering service company and the have no info for you they just keep sending and emails to the owner and still no response and this day 3.
