Used to be a fantastic practice, unfortunately now you will.MEVER go in on time, average wait for your appointment is 30 minutes +. They simply dont care. The signs around read 'Please respect us' but they have 0 respecr for you or your time. Go somewhere else.
I have just had a consultation with Dr Sonia Ferrero and I am always impressed by how professional and kind she is. She really takes the time to listen and always knows exactly what to recommend. I would choose her as my doctor any day!!!
This was my first time going here. I was unhappy with the reception I got from others because I was " urgent ". I was 3rd in line. The lady after me walked to get bloods at the same time as " number 1" "Number 1 " protested that she was first. URGENT IS PRIORITY. As I was also urgent- i SHOULD have been before " number 1" But " number 1" said that reception told her it dosnt matter who's urgent or not, it goes by numbers.
