I asked three contractors to submit bids for repairing my home. Two contractors said they needed to work on a bid but that they would get back to me. The contractor I hired did his bid right in front of me and submitted his paperwork one day or so later. I accepted his bid because it was reasonable and it was obvious that he knew what he was doing. He and his workers were talented and hard working.
