I was extremely disappointed with how I was treated by the receptionist at the health center today. I’ve had previous issues with the health system, but this particular experience left me feeling especially upset and disrespected. The way I was spoken to was unkind and dismissive, and it felt like there was no regard for the stress or vulnerability that comes with needing healthcare. Tuakau health centre keeps deleting my review, however it is important transperancy is there so i will continue to keep posting this review to help anyone else. Thad an incident when requesting my medical records, and had 2 receptionists harassing me for the reason why, and verbally abusing me on the phone, and via email. I reminded them these are my legal rights, and they invoiced me for an admin fee and the paper used from the printer, even after multiple (5) requests for these to be emailed to a secure email address of mi... read more

Worst experience EVER very disappointing older nurse with glasses on she was very rude not welcoming I'm shocked this place is still in operation who is the running this place your lucky to get a star -10
As I have just moved to Tuakau i was wanting to enrol my 1 year old daughter with the local doctor, when I walked in with my daughter there were 3 lady’s at the front not one of them greeted me or even noticed I had walked in (only one was on the phone) when I finally got one of the lady’s attention (older white lady) she looked at me and my daughter disgusted like we were trash, she was extremely rude like I was disturbing her.. what a horrible experience , I definitely would never want anybody in there to touch my daughter... read more
