It was cool, a different process than I'm use to..when handling natural hair..they wash x conditioner sit for 10 minutes at sink with conditioner. Detangling Rinse x rollers, hair dryer....then blow dry and press clip ends. I definitely didn't want the press I could still smell my hair.. like a burning smell, haven't had flat iron in hair for almost 15 years...Definitely won't put that type of heat in my hair again. The ladies at the shop was friendly, clean and attentive. ❤👌

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and yes I have natural hair. They do help grown your hair and they work with natural hair all the time. But they need to update there time because I’m here now and they do not open up at 8:30, it’s almost 9:00 and I have somewhere to be.

My sister came here to get a relaxer from these people. The following week, when she was washing hair, her roots coiled back up. She went in the following day to explain to them that the relaxer didn't take and that her hair was ripping out of her scalp because of it. Their solution was to gaslight her and just wash her hair instead of trying to find ways to treat it. Don't know where or even if these people have a license, but they just trash.
