We had set up a finance agreement for a 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class only for me to be informed by my broker this afternoon that TU Motors had already sold the car to another customer on Saturday. TU Motors had already sold the car and still agreed to go ahead with the finance without saying anything until the 11th hour! Disgraceful! I will be recommending to other people in future that they don’t even touch this dealership with a barge pole if this is how they do business. It’s shameful customer service!
