I called to make a free consultation appointment as advertised on the website, but the lady who spoke to me on the phone (Tu wasn't available) just advised I could manage the issue myself and gave some exceptionally vague advice (just change your federal exemptions to 2,3,4, whatever you want) when I had questions about the impact of federal tax credits on my tax return for next year.
