Completely unprofessional staff. Three times they scheduled appts and did not write them down. I left work early to be told I don't have an appt. When I show my appt card, they just say they have to reschedule me. I am not the one who missed the appt, they did. The staff is rude, no one seems to be working and they are all just talking and ignoring the clients. The Dr is great. He needs an office manager to get his staff in order.
He’s been my urologist for more than a year and he is honest, hard working and very caring. I would recommend him.
He was m surgeon in 2015 and made several mistakes. I would not recommend his surgical skills to anyone.
