I have seen Dr. Nguyen for years. She knows me, my health and cares about me. She is well prepared for my visits and comes with suggestions to improve my health. She has managed my thyroid care very well though the years.
Dr Nguyen has Ben my primary physician for a number of years. I find her to be quite personable, easy to talk to, a careful listener and always willing to discuss and answer any questions. My one complaint (and the reason for the one star deduction) is with the Physicians at Sugar Creek administration. They are unwilling to allow me to add to my record, and therefore receive prescription refill requests, the pharmacy that I prefer: Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company. Professional 150 percent! Always go beyond expectations
She is polite, energetic ,knowledgeable and thorough. She is professional and listens to the patient's concerns. This was my third in-person visit with her and I was pleased.
