These people have no communication skils , as long as i remember anytime we are calling them we getting hanged up ,one day they are ok to book our mc , the next day not and the funny part is that they wont even give you a reason for anything , i tried calling carrier compliance and it was the same unfortunately , its like the whole company is built on unprofessionalism , it is super unfortunate this company is as big as they are , so unfortunate that lot of freight gets booked trough them and tons of people have to deal with... read more

canceling loads for no reason ! avoid the company
This company are one of those called "why trucking business is trash" i have called on a load , and this is not the first time talking to these people that i am getting this type of attitude , its june produce season in georgia at which we all know the prices are a lot different that what the usual is, anyway the load from ga to nebraska with a 4 day on the truck i have asked for 2.50 amile which is pretty decent and market wise at which point i was pointed down by 2 of their representatives that i am at a ridiculous price ,... read more
Communication was great till we delivered their load then they vanished. We were owed detention but they are nowhere to be found, sent 100 emails and calls cannot reach anyone.
