Been in logistics for over decade and im still surprised how these guys are still working. Complete unprofessional, rude, obnoxious, i can keep going. Reviews says everything.
These people have no communication skils , as long as i remember anytime we are calling them we getting hanged up ,one day they are ok to book our mc , the next day not and the funny part is that they wont even give you a reason for anything , i tried calling carrier compliance and it was the same unfortunately , its like the whole company is built on unprofessionalism , it is super unfortunate this company is as big as they are , so unfortunate that lot of freight gets booked trough them and tons of people have to deal with... read more
