Two stars because the product itself is nice and well thought out, everything else was not good at all. Called on the 16th or 17th of November. Dude took my card info over the phone. He wasn't especially pleasant, but wasn't exactly rude either. I asked him how much the shipping would be on this $29 plastic gauge mount, and he said he can't answer that because the shipping department has to enter that.
