I was in town and had a few hours to burn, So I went in for a quick workout. The owners were great and very accommodating. The price was more than fair and the gym had everything I needed and more.
Gym founded and run by two community members, numerous machines, large wrestling matt workout area, positive vibe. Some classes are available as well. Purchase by Max Effort Performance means two gyms for the price of one. Family memberships available. Open early
