9-10-2026. I took my Toyota in for annual+60k mile service. Also state inspection. Justin scheduled a suitable appointment for me. All the work was completed on time and the cost came in under projections. I was pleased with that and TTS 's consistently exceptional customer service and vehicle care. Friendly, Knowledgeable and professional. This place is a hidden gem! They did an outstanding job on my vehicle and Justin goes above and beyond to make sure you are kept updated during the process.
Took my car in for squeaky brakes. They told me my brakes were fine, but I needed ball joint replacement. I appreciated the honesty and told them to do the replacement. I picked up my car, & it was pulling to the right. Took it back, & they said the tie rods needed to be replaced. I said ok. Picked up my car up again, & the car felt very unsafe when I hit the a bump, and I momentarily lost control. They said it was a bad ball joint.
