Had a really great experience here with my jeep. Good communication, quick turnaround, and did not feel taken advantage of at all. Ended up being easily 2-3k cheaper than the dealership quote and they saved me on an unnecessary water pump replacement as well. Highly recommend.
I've used TTS a couple of times now once for my Toyota Matrix, and another for my daughters Mazda CX9, both times TTS was great! They didn't try to gouge me or upsell me on something I didn't need. They were able to do the work in a day, they were communicative and flexible. They did a great job! It's hard to find a good repair shop and this is one. I have recommended them to friends and family and will go back. This is a good auto repair company.
Great service! I needed a car inspection, and was able to get in and out pretty quickly. The waiting room area was also clean and comfortable. There wasn’t a restroom in the waiting area, but they allowed me to use the employee restroom (so don’t hesitate to ask!) They seem to have an efficient and no-nonsense operation. Our first time here. we brought in our old mini van because the window wouldn’t roll down, they called us later that day with a fair price and explained everything to me, we weee able to pick it up the same day. Then we dropped off our other car for oil change, tires, alignment, and headlights. Everything again done timely and at a fair price. These guys are smart, local, and great at explaining things and giving honest recommendations.
