I highly recommend The Training Room for your health and wellness. The gym is very clean and has top of the line equipment. Nik is supportive, knowledgeable and works to help you achieve your personal goals. Stop in and see for yourself.
The best gym out there! I’ve been going since it first opened, and I can wholeheartedly say it’s the best gym experience I’ve ever had. The environment is welcoming, motivating, and perfect for getting in a great workout. On top of that, Nik is an incredible trainer. I leave every session feeling stronger, and with his personalized training and custom plans, I’ve been able to lose 30 pounds, and keep it off. If you want real results and an amazing place to train, this is the gym to go to! 10/10 recommend!!!!!!
Nik is amazing at what he does and is great to be around. He knows the exact exercises to get u the results you’re looking for. Nice comfortable gym with wonderful people inside. I love my experience here and I think you would too. If you’re looking for a trainer in the Gladstone area, Nik is the guy for you !
Nik is awesome and his gym has everything you need. He tailors your workout to accommodate your ability and he pushes you to perform at your highest potential. LOVE my experience there.
