Nik is amazing at what he does and is great to be around. He knows the exact exercises to get u the results you’re looking for. Nice comfortable gym with wonderful people inside. Nik is awesome and his gym has everything you need. He tailors your workout to accommodate your ability and he pushes you to perform at your highest potential. LOVE my experience there.
Nik is great at what he does. I've never left a workout feeling like I didn't do enough. If you want a great workout everytime, this is the place to be.
Nik does a great job with individual training and also has excellent group classes. He varies up the routing so it's never the same workout twice.
