I have a brand new zero turn and the power bagger stopped working during the first mow. I thought I was going to have to send it to the shop and wait for 3 weeks. While traveling through town in our camper van, we found ourselves in a tough spot when the pull cord on our brand-new generator snapped—just a month old! Matthew and Taylor were incredible. When the major windstorm on 11/19/24 hit I went to start our generator but it would not start. I called Taylor at TTMechanics and told her the problem. She said bring it in and we will look at it right away. The engine had failed due to a broken decompression casting and there was no way to repair it but Matthew luckily had another engine he could use and spent hours installing it in the generator.
