Very disappointing. I went into the store and the young male sitting behind the counter greeted me as I headed to the chainsaw section for a new carbide chain, armed with the empty box from the last one I bought to make sure I got the right one. You know when something is the same for a long time, when there is a change you worry a bit. I have to say the new owner and staff at TTM are fantastic, so helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend them for all your Stihl needs and more.
