Customer Service and straight shooting sum up Van Go and TTI Mobility. We drove the 2.5 hours to Fruitland, Maryland to pick it up. Why this far? In mid-March, we found a van online that we were somewhat interested in and took the drive to VanGo Mobility. If I could give NO STARS, I would! I've had several people tell me that I shouldn't do business with TTI in Fruitland. Unfortunately, I didn't listen. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are people who cannot be trusted ! They strung me on for over a week, telling me they were getting a hitch in for me, having me take time to schedule 3 different appointments and then, the day before the last installation date they gave me, they call and say they can't install the hitch! I took my truck to TTI to have them figure out why it was constantly making a whirring noise going down the road. I had thought it needed a new steering pump and had one on order to replace myself but thought I should get a second opinion. Turns out, it wasn't the pump at all! It was the tensioner pulley on the serpentine belt! I woulda replaced the pump and still had the noise and been frustrated but the guys at TTI knew almost within minutes that it wasn't the pump.
