Friendly customer service, but John Deere requires perfect credit to do business with
Be careful they add things to the bill that you never okayed.. They picked my tractor up for a repair that’s covered under a manufacturers defect warranty. And then charged me to service the brand new engine. Then charge me to pick up a delivery fee, even though it was paid for by the corporation. Salesman will not call back after repeated tries. Very disappointed. I bought two tractors from them.
So we go in to price out parts......Clint comes up says hey we have an Alice-Chalmers mower I will sell you. Let go look well battery was dead. Well long story short buy new battery nope still wont start buy new silinoid nope still wont start. Will NEVER GO back to that dealearship. Over $800 for issues!!!!
