It was my first time there, I was told by some of my coworkers if I needed someone to work on my lawnmower, that was the place to go. Yes, they were right on the money. The personnel are number one, from sales to the shop guys. Tim who works in the shop sat down and explained everything to you and if you have any questions after you about your mower, he will walk you through it, even if it is after hours. John deere has turned into junk equipment. Don't waste your money. Bad boy, ariens,gravely is the way to go.
