TTE Labs returned our pipettes really quickly. The customer service was exceptional, specifically Kent.
I sent several pipettes for calibration, but they came back without the blue pieces. Besides, the plunger on one of them is different now. I suspect that they mixed all pipettes on their end and sent back the wrong one to me. I asked them but they have been very slow in replying and seem indifferent. I do not recommend using the service from the company.

I had a multichannel pipette that needed repairs. I asked for a quote, but they said they couldn't give one until they had the pipette and knew what it needed. If I indicated on the form that I wanted a quote prior to service then they would send one before work would be completed. I followed the directions of their sales rep and indicated that on the sheet. I never received a quote prior to service. I only received a bill after they had shipped my pipette back to me.
