The representative was very sweet and tried to help me. Unfortunately, the process to open an account was cumbersome so I ended up leaving without opening any accounts despite being there a while. If you really want to open an account, call ahead so you know exactly what to bring with you, especially if you're experiencing a time of transition like a name or address change.
Absolutely terrible bank that does not have its members back and WILL LIE straight to your face.
