For being a member for over 2 years very disappointed in the “help” I was inquiring about a business account and they said we don’t do that. Didn’t offer any other help or insight. Just had the tone of we don’t do that so get out. Will likely be moving my accounts elsewhere. Too many options to deal with a mindset like that.
