By far the best “bank” experience that I have had. Great customer service! The tellers walked me through the process of linking bank accounts on the TTCU app and paying out mortgage. Brenda is a rockstar! This is the TTCU A team. The Riverside bank needs to get trained from these guys in customer service 👍👍

The credit union that loves to say NO! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service. The assistant mgr is awful at this branch. She dresses super UNprofessional and looks like a bum off the street (like it’s wild - she has a haircut you’d find in an episode of Trailer Park Boys) and is the OPPOSITE of customer service. She loves to say NO for everything and does NOT help. I will be closing my account. This CU is AWFUL. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. If I could give zero stars I would, but I can’t and that’s the only reason it’s one star.
