Giving this a low review primarily how difficult they’ve made it talk to a human. Even banks 10d their size gets you to a person after a couple of prompts. I don’t need to validate my account just to ask what the lobby hours are. No longer get the warm local bank feel.

-Edit they deleted my review so I’m putting it back up- Went into this bank to deposit a check into a partnered credit union and was not impressed by the teller scrolling on their personal phone behind the teller line. I intentionally walked to a different teller that wasn’t on their phone just to find her personal cellphone was also not even 3 inches from the computer keyboard.
