Communication between staff in this office is atrocious. Depending on who you spoke to, payment dates were flexible, and other times funds would just be drawn or charged to my card with no warning whatsoever. I will not be returning.
I work with Nick Banker, he has helped me so much. He listens and takes plenty of time with me to discuss what is going on and how he can be of help. I feel very well cared for and the staff is easy to talk to as well.
