Hi, I wanted to share my concerns about the gel manicure I received. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the quality of the work. The gel polish was applied too thickly, the surface is uneven and not smooth, and the polish went onto my skin around several nails. It doesn’t look like a professional gel manicure. I went in there to get acrylic nails . The people were very nice. The only thing I didn’t like how expensive it was $97 for Nails that are short is insane. I also had a picture that I showed to them and it looks nothing like the inspo picture. If you look closely, they didn’t paint it right there’s some smudges, the flower is all messed up. One of the nails barely has any acrylic powder on it. I’m not even exaggerating they look horrible. I came here with my sister today. My sister got her nails done, my daughter got her toenails done, and I got my toenails done with paraffin wax. Initially, I wanted regular nail polish, but my sister finished her nails and I didn't want her to wait too long, so I asked for gel polish for my toenails. I paid $18, but to my disappointment, the gel polish was even worse than regular polish, and it chipped off in large chunks, which was very annoying.

Not a great experience at all. At first things were pleasant and who I assume is the owner / manager greeted me & showed me a pedicure menu. He told me there was a special going on for the $65 manicure to be $60 that day, and I agreed. Pedicure was fine, she didn’t stub my feet at all. Then when she did my actual pedicure she was digging her nail so hard into my toe that it went under the nail bed and killed. Then when we were finished, which put me around 6:45 or so, and they asked me to dry my toes. I sat down for maybe 10... read more
