Unbelievable. Today, we had a ride to Lawrence hospital. We waited at our apartment building at 7:20am and pick up was 7:35am Waited downstairs till 7:45am and no ride. Got a notification that said "No show" how can it be a no show when we were downstairs and no Cab in the front or back of the building and there was no notice either . Then we find wheel trans cancelled our ride back . How can you guys, do that.. you should call your customers before cancelling anything. I am sorry to have to leave such a bad review, but have serious concerns about the service. My 86 year old father booked a wheel trans for an 11 am appt. They picked him up at 9:20 (1 hour and 40 min ahead of time to get him to an appointment just 20 min from his home. He then had the 20 min appointment and then waited 1/2 hour to be picked up and was dropped off at home at 1:27 pm. So for a 20 min appointment he was travelling for approximately 5 hours and 10 min. this service has anti-Semitic drivers takes double to triple the amount of time to get where you need go always get you there late and arrives latter then aspected what ever you do not take this service
