They deserve a "No Star" rating. Save your money! I needed 2 simple things done: changes to my email address and to my street address. Not only did they not do it, but I paid!!!! I will hire another service.
Used them to submit our trademark and proof of use using their website (because no one ever answers the phone). Basically they took our money and did not perform the service causing our Trademark to expire which then caused additional charges with the PTO to get the Trademark re-instated. This is not a legitimate company.
First call was very helpful but that was all the help we got. We had to reverse charges.
Took a $475 fee to renew a Trademark and then failed to perform the service, cost me thousands with an attorney to fix the problem. No refund, no service, stopped taking calls, beware this company.
