I wish I could give a 0 The was the most frustrating unprofessional experience I’ve ever encounter. From parts damaged during the build to no communication along the process. I tried reaching out for an invoice for payment multiple times. Still to this day I haven’t received it. Kept my bike for 17 months for a bolt on build. On the way home on a trailer the the tour pack came loose from not being bolted down. Never was informed he was using used parts on a 28k build. This is so traumatizing.
